Terms And Agreement

By purchasing a session with Hollywood Aura Photography, you are agreeing to the below terms and agreement of your aura photography session.

Hollywood Aura Photography is an entertainment brand focusing on awakening you to knowing about your energy. It’s a unique moment between you, the subject being photographed (“you”) , and Hollywood Aura Photography (“Hollywood Aura Photography”). 

By completing checkout, you are herby granting Hollywood Aura Photography permission usage of the photograph(s) capture by Hollywood Aura Photography in any capacity. 

HOLLYWOOD AURA PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS

Hollywood Aura Photography retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the intellectual property, including copyrights, associated with its business. This includes aura photographs of you created by Hollywood Aura Photography (“Portraits”). 

PHOTO RELEASE

You are granting Hollywood Aura Photography a royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable right and license to use your portraits that we make together in all forms and manners of media, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, publication, newsletter, social media, or any other lawful purposes (“Use”). You waive any right to notice of such use, and to inspect of approve any use. You release and discharge Hollywood Aura Photography from any claim or cause of action, now known or later discovered, including invasion of privacy, right of publicity, and defamation, arising out of use of the photographs. In plain terms, you won’t sue us.

YOUR RIGHTS

Personal Use – Hollywood Aura Photography grants you a license to use the portraits however you see fit, provided it is for personal, noncommercial use (“Personal Use License”). The portraits may be used on your personal social media accounts & we would appreciate it if you tag us @HollywoodAuras. 

Commercial Licensing – The Personal Use License does not extend to commercial use. Under the terms of this agreement, you’re confirming that the portraits won’t be used for commercial means, such as business websites, advertisements, or business media of any kind. If you would like to use the portraits for commercial reasons, Hollywood Aura Photography will gladly discuss licensing terms. You can contact us at Glow@HollywoodAura.com

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

APPOINTMENT POLICY

All appointment sales are final. 

• Please aim to be parked 10-15 mins before your session so you are not stressed.
• If you are running late for your appointment, depending on your arrival time we may still be able to do your session but we can’t run into the next sessions booked time.
• If you arrive too late you will be placed in the walk-in queue and we will do our best to work you back into the schedule, but we can’t guarantee you a spot that same day & you may have to make a new appointment for another day.

If for any unforeseen reason, you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment/s:

• Readings can be rescheduled using the link provided in the confirmation you receive after booking your appointment, or by calling Hollywood Aura Photography at 424-542-7727.
• You are more than welcome to pass your reservation on to a friend. Just forward your confirmation to you friend and contact us at Glow@HollywoodAura.com to let us know!
• Appointment no-shows – you will not be entitled to any refund and the appointment payment will be forfeited in full.
• Appointments that are cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled reading time will be entitled to a full refund less any processing fees we have incurred. You must call or email us to cancel.
• Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled reading time will not be entitled to any refund and the payment will be forfeited in full.
• Appointments cannot be rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time. Any appointment that is desired to be rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be considered cancelled and the payment for the same forfeited in full, and a new appointment, with a new payment will need to be made. You must call or email us to cancel.

Hollywood Aura Photography and its officers, directors and employees as well as Danielle Winters accept no liability for any damages, direct, consequential or punitive arising from the use of the consultations offered at and through Hollywood Aura Photography.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

5 MINUTE RULE: If the consultant or the client feel the consultation is not a good “fit”, then the consultation can be voided by either the reader or the client if the staff is informed within the first 5 minutes of the reading.
